Candle Care

To properly burn a candle and maximize its life and fragrance, start by trimming the wick to about 1/4 inch before each use, as a shorter wick prevents excessive soot and an uneven burn.

Always place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface to avoid potential hazards. Allow the candle to burn long enough for the melted wax to reach the edge of the container, which prevents tunneling and ensures an even burn.

Keep the candle away from drafts, which can cause flickering and uneven melting. Lastly, never leave a burning candle unattended and make sure to extinguish it safely by placing a lid over the flame or using a snuffer, avoiding blowing it out, which can create smoke.
